Payment Policy
By Cash - Guests paying in cash will be asked to pay a deposit at check-in of 100 USD per night. This deposit is in addition to the nightly room rate, which is also due at check-in.

Smoke-Free Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
